A timeless salad, made with the best available tomatoes at any given time, shrivelled olives, sheep milk Feta, cucumber, Spanish onion, dressed simply with sea salt flakes, red wine vinegar and Olive oil.

Ingredients

Tomato, cucumber, Spanish onion, Feta, shrivelled olives, red wine vinegar, salt, olive oil


How to prepare

Remove the lid from the container, add the shallot dressing on top and mix the salad well. Enjoy straight away.

Storage

Refrigerate as soon as possible. Best consumed within 3-4 days. Do not freeze.
